How can I reserve a JBL PartyBox or karaoke set?
Reservations are easy – just contact us by email, phone, or using the contact form. Once we agree on the details, we’ll send you an invoice for a deposit of CZK 1,000. After payment, your booking is confirmed in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Where can I pick up the equipment?
Pick-up is available on weekdays in Prague 3 – Žižkov, in a facility with convenient parking.
Address: Votická 2405, Prague 3 – Žižkov
Enter from Votická Street – turn right just after Pizza Express. At the gate, simply say you're here for a reservation. Parking is marked and located directly by the entrance.
We recommend informing us at least 30 minutes before arrival so we can prepare everything.

What is the rental price for a weekend?
Here are examples of popular weekend rentals (Friday–Monday):

• Karaoke set (JBL 320 + microphones + projector) – CZK 2,500 + CZK 5,000 refundable deposit

• Cinema set (2× JBL 320 + projector) – CZK 3,000 + CZK 5,000 deposit

• 2× JBL PartyBox Stage 320 (without projector/microphones) – CZK 2,500 + CZK 5,000 deposit

• Basic karaoke set (1× JBL 320 + 1× microphone) – CZK 1,300 + CZK 3,000 deposit

Is delivery and setup available?
Yes! We offer delivery and setup within Prague:

• Delivery: CZK 500

• Pick-up: CZK 500
  We’re happy to handle installation on-site – it takes approximately 10–15 minutes.

What do I need to bring for pick-up?
When picking up in person, please bring:

• A valid ID

• A cash deposit (based on the selected set)
  We’ll show you how to use and connect the equipment – it's all very easy.

How does equipment return work?
Returns take place at the same address, typically on Monday between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM (or by prior arrangement).
After a quick check, we will immediately return your deposit.

What if I damage something or something goes wrong?
Our equipment is reliable and durable. If any damage occurs, we handle it on a case-by-case basis and with a human approach.
We do not charge for normal wear and tear. During pick-up, we’ll explain basic usage rules.

What is the cancellation policy?
The reservation fee is non-refundable. If you need to change the date, we’ll do our best to offer an alternative.

How long does setup take?
Standard setup takes about 5–10 minutes on your own.
If you choose delivery with installation, we’ll take care of it in approx. 15 minutes.

Can the equipment be used outdoors?
Yes! JBL speakers are suitable for outdoor use – e.g., on terraces, in gardens, or under tents.
We recommend protecting the equipment from rain and moisture.

Our most popular option is the complete karaoke set, which includes:
